Robert is a straight-forward honest, duty-bound, get-the-job done kind of a guy. I'd called his company Friday prior... and sent pictures of my leaky bathtub which they reviewed and told me they'd be here on Monday to fix. Now, i live in Santa Clarita and he is in Lancaster. Monday came, and true to the appointment time, Robert was at my place. Upon reviewing the issue that was responsible for the leak, he nailed what the cause for the leak was and proceeded to repair same pronto. My bill was $100 service fee (which i was told ahead of time by the lady i spoke to on the Friday prior) and $50 for the actual repair. So, i paid a total of $150 for this repair meanwhile another plumber had earlier come to check the same issue and was asking me for $1,600! Men, there are sharks in this business and there are others who believe in probity, honesty and integrity to sell their business. Daniel Plumbing and maintenance....you're the real deal! You sure have got yourself a customer for a long time to come.read more
